Delivery & Shipping

Great news, we offer international shipping services and deliver to over 200 countries. The more of you we can reach the happier we are.  However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Packages will be shipped via a courier service which is dependent on the size and weight of the product. All packages are tracked and you will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.

Customs fees are not handled by us so please be aware that when you consent to packages being delivered you may incur custom fees when they arrive.

Delivery timings

Delivery timescales depend on the location, please see below our estimated shipping times…

• United States – 10-20 business days
• Canada, Europe – 10-20 business days
• Australia, New Zealand – 10-30 business days
• Central & South America – 15-30 business days
• Asia – 10-20 business days
• Africa – 15-45 business days

Fast Shipping Categories are delivered in the time specified on the Product Category.

• Max delivery time – 45 Days

  *This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

Don’t worry, all orders can be cancelled until the point of shipping.  If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds & Exchange

We care about you and customer satisfaction is our highest priority,  so if you need a refund you can request one.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied back onto your payment method within 14 working days.

Requests for a refund or reshipment of ordered products will be approved if:

• you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
• you receive the wrong item
• you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Submission of refund requests can be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired.  This can be done  by sending us a message on the Contact Us page.
